No-Fuss Pizza Bagels
The perfect quick lunch for when you’re bored of making cheese on toast
Ingredients
1 bagel
40g tomato puree
1/2 diced shallot
3 chopped chestnut mushrooms (optional)
Handful grated mozzarella
Sprinkle of oregano
Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat the grill on your oven to 250C
- Cut the bagel in half and grill for 1 min
- Mix together your puree, herbs, salt & shallot
- Top the bagel halves with the mixture
- Add mushrooms & cheese on top
- Grill for 5 mins
- Enjoy!

5 Minute Satay Noodles

Ingredients
1 tbsp Low Salt Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
Handful of Defrosted Peas
Handful of Chopped Broccoli
100ml Coconut Milk
Squeeze of Lime
Dash of (Coconut) Oil
Method
Noodles are a fantastic fun food for little ones to explore all senses, and these can be made for the WHOLE family too
- Heat the oil in the pan
- Add your peas and broccoli
- Whilst they are softening mix your soy sauce, peanut butter & coconut milk together until combined
- Add the noodles and sauce to your pan and cook for around 4 mins until your noodles are perfectly cooked
- Finish by squeezing a little lime into it and stirring through
- Serve!
