
Ingredients
200g self raising flour
1 table spoons of baking powder
240ml of alternative milk (we used Oat)
2 table spoons apple cider vinegar
1 spoon of vanilla
Method
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl.
Then mix wet in another to make a buttermilk.
Combine both folding slowly, then leave to the side for a few minutes.
Set a pan to high & add a little oil / butter of your choice.
Spoon in your pancake mix and leave to cook until you see bubbles, then flip.
Cook both sides until browned and serve!
Makes 6 large thick pancakes – can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days & freezer friendly for one month.
