5 minute satay noodles that are full of healthy fats, carbs & flavour...


1 tbsp Low Salt Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter

Handful of Defrosted Peas

Handful of Chopped Broccoli

100ml Coconut Milk

Squeeze of Lime

Dash of (Coconut) Oil


Noodles are a fantastic fun food for little ones to explore all senses, and these can be made for the WHOLE family too

  1. Heat the oil in the pan
  2. Add your peas and broccoli
  3. Whilst they are softening mix your soy sauce, peanut butter & coconut milk together until combined
  4. Add the noodles and sauce to your pan and cook for around 4 mins until your noodles are perfectly cooked
  5. Finish by squeezing a little lime into it and stirring through
  6. Serve!
