No-Fuss Pizza Bagels

The perfect quick lunch for when you're bored of making cheese on toast

Ingredients

1 bagel

40g tomato puree

1/2 diced shallot

3 chopped chestnut mushrooms (optional)

Handful grated mozzarella

Sprinkle of oregano

Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Preheat the grill on your oven to 250C
  2. Cut the bagel in half and grill for 1 min
  3. Mix together your puree, herbs, salt & shallot
  4. Top the bagel halves with the mixture
  5. Add mushrooms & cheese on top
  6. Grill for 5 mins
  7. Enjoy!
