
The perfect quick lunch for when you're bored of making cheese on toast
Ingredients
1 bagel
40g tomato puree
1/2 diced shallot
3 chopped chestnut mushrooms (optional)
Handful grated mozzarella
Sprinkle of oregano
Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat the grill on your oven to 250C
- Cut the bagel in half and grill for 1 min
- Mix together your puree, herbs, salt & shallot
- Top the bagel halves with the mixture
- Add mushrooms & cheese on top
- Grill for 5 mins
- Enjoy!
