
We hope you’re as excited about our Jammy Puff Straws as we are and who would of thought making Jam was so easy! Follow the simple recipe below and make sure you try them yourselves!
Ingredients
For the jam:
- Handful of raspberries
- Tablespoon of chia seeds
- Tablespoon of water
- A dash of honey (if over one years old) or a dash of maple syrup if under one
- Blitz all together in the Itsy Blitz ® Blender
Method
– Take your ready rolled puff pastry and roll out
– Cut into a large rectangle then cut the rectangle in half (width way)
– Cover one side in your jam and then top with the other side
– Cut into fingers
– Twist until you have lovely jammy twists (this will be sticky and gooey – yum)
– Bake for 10 minutes at 180
– Serve
