Immune Boosting Baby Smoothie

Anyone else feel like they’re so over the dreaded cold and sickness bugs and it’s still just Feb? It’s hard enough as it is getting any sort of food into your little ones when they’re feeling under the weather, never mind nutrient dense fruit & vegetables. So, we’ve whipped up something a little special that they can 1. Help make, and 2. LOVE to drink.

Nobody needn’t know how healthy it really is right? Bring on the vitamins!

  • Prep time: 5 mins
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Serves: 2 large smoothies or 6 small ice lollies


• 4 strawberries
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup of almond / oat / or any kind of milk
• 1/4 cup pineapple, frozen
• 1/4 cup mango, frozen
• 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup ice
• Dash of cinnamon



In a blender, add in all of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth and creamy. These also make AMAZING lollies – we recommend our Itsy popsicle moulds here.

NOTE: the fruits don’t have to be frozen but frozen fruit is fantastic to keep fresh in the freezer for quick use AND it makes the smoothie extra thick and ice cream like.

Lasts 2-3 days when stored in an airtight container.
