Ingredients
190g self raising flour
80g sugar (or however you sweeten – mashed banana, honey etc)
80ml oil
1 large egg
120ml Milk (dairy or non dairy)
6oz blueberries
Sprinkles
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°c / Gas Mark 4
2.Mix flour and sugar in a bowl
3.Add in wet ingredients and stir
4.Pour in blueberries and ever so gently fold
5.Add 2/3 to muffin cakes and top with sprinkles
