3 tbsps of oats (blitzed into a fine flour using the Itsy Blitz)
3 tbsps of oats
20g desiccated coconut
1 carton of raisins (snack size!)
Honey / Maple syrup if you fancy something a little sweeter
A splash of milk
1.Take your banana and mash, then add in your oat flour and oats and stir.
2.Add in your coconut and raisins and combine (you can also add in a splash of extra sweetening here too)
3.Once mixed, add a splash of milk to loosen just a little and mix again. Your mixture should be thick and sticky!
4. Add either into little moulds, cupcake cases or a greased tray.
5. Bake at 180 for 10 mins IF small and 20 IF large.
6. Serve with peanut butter or yoghurt to dip.
7. Can be stored for 2-3 days
