
Ingredients
120g Rolled oats
40g grated cheese (or opt for dairy free)
20g of butter (or dairy alternative)
half an avocado (mashed)
2 carrots finely grated
Method
Add everything into a bowl & mix until you get a thick, sticky mixture, line a tin & add your mixture, pressing firmly down to make a tight flapjack square.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°c. Cool, then slice.
Lasts 2-3 days when stored in an airtight container.
