
Ingredients
1/2 a small Broccoli, chopped into small bite size pieces and cooked until soft
A handful of spinach, softened and chopped
50g grated Cheddar cheese – can sub for dairy free
230g self rising flour
180ml milk – can sub for dairy free
15ml olive oil
1 egg
Method
1.Line a muffin tray with cases
2.Add everything into a bowl and mix until a thick mixture forms
3.Add into your muffin cases (2/3 full)
4.Cook for around 20-25 mins until golden
