Cinnamon Raisin Muffins

Tasty treats for hungry mouths to eat


2 eggs

80g butter / oil

80ml milk

130g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

80g brown sugar (or maple syrup / honey)

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 handfuls of raisins

1 handful oats


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Add eggs, oil and milk into a bowl and stir
  3. Next add in your flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins and stir until a thick delicious batter
  4. Add into muffin cases or moulds (2/3 full) and sprinkle the tops with oats
  5. Bake at 180 for 20 mins
  6. ENJOY!
