Yes you heard us correct, biscuits for BREAKFAST. Packed full of slow releasing carbohydrates and healthy fats, these little oats treats are a perfect one for car journeys or fussy eaters (oh and don’t forget for parents for a cup of tea too!):

Three ingredient pancakes

Mornings can be hectic without the worry of popping healthy breakfasts together. These three ingredient pancakes combine nutrition and plenty of flavour, AND they’re great cold for snacks too. Add in your favourite fruits, chocolate, or spreads and make them completely family friendly:

The perfect autumnal treat for schools, work, and supper. These soft, easy to chew bakes are also perfect for weaning and can be easily frozen for a ‘quick grab’ snack.
