Ingredients
- 80g oats
- 30g nut butter
- 20g honey OR MAPLE SYRUP / FRUIT SYRUP if under 1
- 2 tbsps milk
- A dash of desiccated coconut
Method
- Blitz your oats in the Itsy Blitz until a fine oat flour
- Add into a bowl
- Heat together your nut butter and honey until smooth and runny then stir into the flour
- Add your milk and coconut + mix into a dough
- Make small balls and pop in the fridge
