No Cook Baby Bliss Balls

Who doesn't love a recipe that doesn't involve any cooking? We certainly do, and these bliss balls are the perfect snack for a hangry baby or toddler packed with oats to give them slow release energy to get them through the day.


  • 80g oats
  • 30g nut butter
  • 20g honey OR MAPLE SYRUP / FRUIT SYRUP if under 1
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • A dash of desiccated coconut


  • Blitz your oats in the Itsy Blitz until a fine oat flour
  • Add into a bowl
  • Heat together your nut butter and honey until smooth and runny then stir into the flour
  • Add your milk and coconut + mix into a dough
  • Make small balls and pop in the fridge
