3 Ingredient Pancakes for little (and big mouths)

Everyone loves pancakes right?! Great for breakfast, lunch or desert and can be made sweet or savoury. Here at Itsy we’ve created a simple 3 ingredient pancake recipe that both babies and toddlers will love. Can be served with fruit and yoghurt for a nutritous packed breakfast or melt some cheese over the top to make a savoury lunchtime treat.


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of self raising flour


– Mash the bananas

– Crack the egg into the mixture and stir

– Add 2 tablespoons of self raising to the mixture and stir

– Pop 2 tablespoons into a pan and fry both sides until browned

– Serve with fruit and yoghurt for a nutritious packed breakfast
