1 slice of wholemeal bread
Two tablespoons of chickpeas
1 tsp tahini
A dash of garlic granules
A squeeze of lemon
A glug of olive oil
Cheese (one slice cut into long rectangles)

Method
– Blitz your chickpeas, tahini, garlic granules, lemon and olive oil until smooth.
– Toast your bread and cut into smaller thin rectangles (perfect for weaning!)
– Spread on your hummus
– Criss cross over your little slices of cheese to make ‘bandages’
– Cut the blueberry in half and pop on as eyes – serve!
BLITZED BRAIN RICE CAKES:
Supermarket weaning friendly mini rice cakes
Frozen fruit (berries)
A handful of raspberries
A tablespoon of yoghurt
An Itsy Blitz
Method
– Blitz your yoghurt and a handful of frozen fruit in your Blitz until pureed
– Spread on your rice cakes
– Top with a raspberry (mash a little to look brain like)
Serve
SQUASH SWAMP SOUP / PUREE:
A handful of chopped butternut squash
Two tablespoons of sweetcorn
One carrot (chopped)
A dash of cumin
Method
Steam all until soft
Blitz in your Itsy Blitz until smooth
Stir in a little cumin
Serve!
