Annabel Karmel Baby Weaning No Cook Purees

We’ve teamed up with Annabel Karmel to create some great recipes for your little ones that are easily created with our Itsy Blitz ® blender. When starting your weaning journey, no cook purees are always a good starting point and there’s so many different ingredients you can use to make no-cook baby food. Here are 3 of our favourites: Avocado & Pear, Raspberry & Banana and exotic Papaya & Mango.

Annabel Karmels Baby Weaning No Cook Purees

AVOCADO & PEAR
1/4 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1/4 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
50mls natural yoghurt
Measure all of the ingredients into the Itsy Blitz Blender. Screw on the lid and attach to the base. Blend until smooth.
Makes 1 portion

RASPBERRY & BANANA
25g raspberries
25g ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 small ripe banana, sliced
Measure the fruits into the Isty Blitz Blender. Screw on the lid and attach to the base. Blend until smooth.
makes 1 portion

PAPAYA & MANGO
40g papaya, peeled and chopped
40g ripe mango, peeled and chopped
Measure the fruits into the Itsy Blitz Blender. Screw on the lid and attach to the base. Blend until smooth.
